It is our great pleasure to announce The Inaugural Symposium of Research and Innovation for Food (SoRIF) 2021 will be hosted by the Alliance of Research & Innovation for Food (ARIF) and School of Industrial Technology, Universiti Teknologi MARA, Kuala Pilah. This symposium will be held virtually on June 23- 24, 2021.

 

The Inaugural Symposium of Research and Innovation for Food (SoRIF) 2021 focuses on the “Fundamental and Applied Research towards Technological Development of Food”. The main objective of Inaugural SoRIF 2021 is to serve as a platform to present and discuss the fundamental and applied research in producing the current technological development of food.

 

SoRIF is dedicated to bringing together renowned speakers from experienced researchers from international institutions to exchange and share their experiences on food science and technology research.

 

This symposium will provide a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Food Science and Technology. In addition, this symposium highlighted the current development in research and innovation in Food Industry.

 

The symposium is opened to UiTM student only. This two-day event will feature recent findings in the related field, in the form of oral presentation. Submitted abstracts will be considered for publication.
